[News] Too Many People On At Once Causes Three Members’ Charity Fanmeeting Ticket Reservation Site To Crash

The fanmeet of TVXQ’s Xiah Junsu, YoungWoong Jaejoong and Micky Yoochun is garnering explosive popularity.

The server of Yes24 crashed when the site opened ticket reservations for the charity fanmeet that is to be held on the 12th at 8 pm.

The three members will be greeting their fans at the Love Sharing Meeting ‘Smile Again’ at Koryeo University’s Hwajung Gymnasium. This event that will last around an hour will be a large fan meeting capable of holding more than 5000 people.

Yes24 officially stated the three members’ attendance and said, “‘Smile Again’, which works with a children’s organization, was created to gift the fans with happy times from creating memories with Jaejoong, Yoochun and Junsu through a charitable event.”

This event is free of charge and all the money that is collected from donations will be given to a children’s organization. ‘Smile Again’ will be an event held by only the three members, there will be no guest appearances. Donation boxes will be set up around the gymnasium and all the money will be donated.

As the three members submitted a provisional disposition against SM Entertainment, and the dispute is yet to be solved, it will be hard for all five members to attend the fan meeting.

Many are wondering when TVXQ will return to all stand on one stage together in Korea as U-Know Yunho and Choikang Changmin returned to Korea from Japan separately from the other three members after finishing their Japanese schedule.

Three TVXQ Members Side’s Response to SM 12th Deadline.

The legal representative of 3 TVXQ members Youngwoong Jaejoong, Micky Yoochun, and Xiah Junsu
from Sejong firm has stated clearly that they don’t have intention to respond SM proposal
and will remain in defense side.

On the 11th through a phone call with Star Money Today, Sejong official said,
“The three members don’t have any plan to respond an action regarding to SM’s deadline on the 12th”
he determined.
“The three members will start their activities regardless their relationship with SM.”

At 63rd building, Seoul on last November 2nd, SM held a press conference and announced their request
for 3 members to decide their comeback the latest on November 12th as TVXQ is already planned
to start group activities soon next year.

After SM stand became known, 3 members side commented,
“According to the provisional disposition verdict paper,
TVXQ can do their activities as long as there’s a liaison party between three members and SM.”
The official revealing in reference to the provisional disposition verdict paper
to explain their current stand and situation.

Currently the three members after receiving partial suspension of their exclusive contract decision from the court,
is in process of preparing the income lawsuit.

Sejong official said, “I don’t think it’s necessary to prepare everything in hurry
as the court is ruling in favor of 3 members side for now.
We’re going to slow down until all necessary materials are ready and in two months,
we’re going to start the lawsuit.”

Court Rules Partial Provisional Disposition of Exclusive Belonging Terms for TVXQ’s Contract with SM Entertainment

The court has gave out the final ruling on the lawsuit between the 3 members of Dong Bang Shin Ki and SM Entertainment.

Seoul Central Court revealed on 27th October a citation of their ruling for the lawsuit between the SM Entertainment and TVXQ Hero JaeJoong, Xiah JunSu and Micky YooChun.

It was revealed, “We see that part of the terms in their contract has much destroyed the good morals of the whole contract. SM Entertainment should not interfere with its singers’ independent unique activities and also contract to perform and other entertainment activities.”

Previously in July, the 3 members of Dong Bang Shin Ki has revealed their 13-year long contract under SM Entertainment, which meant that they will possibly be working under SM Entertainment for life, and has applied for the effect of provisional disposition of the terms in their contract. And the 2 parties have engaged in a lawsuit as SM Entertainment insist that the terms under their contract are reasonable.

The court also revealed, “Through the individual agreement, there is high possibility for group activities to continue, but for the provisional disposition of the existing activities and the profit allocation, it is invalid and difficult. We will have to dismiss the application for the full provisional disposition of the effects of the exclusive belonging terms in the contract.”

Updates: The 3 members have announced that they will agree to the court rulings on this lawsuit

A Poll of Big Stars of Tomorrow

There was a poll on daum on which idol stars of today would go on to become successes in the entertainment business even after their group breaks up. The comments next to the names are the general consensus of people who took part in the poll (more than 12,000).

1. U-Know Yunho - Netizens see him acting in the future, they see his skills improving and called him one of the best looking stars.

2. Micky Yoochun - More of a singing career, with his charming persona and voice he is sure to win hearts.

3. G-Dragon - 2nd Seo Taiji - that's what they're calling him. Hate him or love him, you can't ignore him. His groups success is due to him in a big way. His producing skills will only improve and they expect big things in the future.

4. T.O.P - Most see him acting in the future, again similar to Yunho - people commented on his looks and his acting skills improving.

5. Sunye - 2nd Lee Hyori, JYP intended for her to be a solo performer but she chose to be in a group. Netizens said when they thought of Wonder Girls they thought of her. Her looks, stage presence and superior skills will make her a force to reckon with.

6. Taeyeon - with her superior vocal skills , most people are calling her the rising ballad queen. Her cute image and talent are much loved.

10. Han Seungyeon - the member who stands out the most in Kara, they talked about her cute image, personality. But some commented that they weren't too entirely sure about her ability to go solo.

Other idol stars that found mention were the rest of DBSK members, Super Junior - Heechul, Kangin, Big Bang - Daesung, SNSD- Jessica and Tiffany and Wonder Girls - Sohee.
